The wine will reward with cellaring.   Peos Estate Four Aces Chardonnay 2007 $25 A premium oaked chardonnay, aged for nine months in 100% French Oak barriques. It displays aromas of nectarine, white peach and spicey vanillan oak while tropical fruits are carried onto the palate which shows great texture and generosity supported by fresh clean acidity. This superb Chardonnay is closed with Stelvin capsules to ensure consistent quality and cellaring potential and will perfectly compliment Peos Estate's acclaimed flagship Four Aces Shiraz.   Peos Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 $21 The Cabernet Sauvignon has elegant and complex aromas of blackcurrant and chocolate complimented by spicy oak. The palate is rich and smooth with fruit flavours of mulberry and cassis. Firm tannins provide structure and texture with a long satisfying finish.   Peos Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2007 $16 The Sauvignon Blanc exhibits intense varietal characters of cut grass, juniper, fresh pear and passion fruit on the nose and is lifted by hints of flint stone.
