Peos Estate Four Aces Shiraz 2005 $35 Lifted nose with ripe red and black berries, complimented by spicy undertone of cinnamon and nutmeg. Vanilla hints compliment as well as earthy notes.
The mouthfeel is large with fine drying tannins spread out throughout the palate. Ripe dark cherry and plum compliment. Dark chocolate and cigar box notes linger into a persistent finish.
