Deep red brick, with purple hue. Fresh red and blue berries lifted by chocolate and nutmeg characters. Hints of ivy ground. The palate is long and structured with chalky tannins. The middle palate is soft with good weight complimented by fresh sweet and savoury characters. Long sweet finish.

Lifted nose of lemon rind, white nectarine, apricot with underlying notes of sweet nuts. Rich mouthfeel with lemon zest, acacia flower and nectarine flavors. This wine is long and persistent with well integrated acid and subtle spicy oak. A long and crisp finish.

The 'Four Aces' of Manjimup are a stand of 4 magnificent Karri trees, each nearly half a millennium old, located on Graphite Road not far from the Peos Estate vineyard. Lifted nose with ripe red and black berries, complimented by spicy undertone of cinnamon and nutmeg. Vanilla hints compliment as well as earthy notes. The mouthfeel is large with fine drying tannins spread out throughout the palate. Ripe dark cherry and plum compliment. Dark chocolate and cigar box notes linger into a persistent finish.

This sparkling wine is dedicated to the Peos family’s mother Athina, known fondly to her family and friends as Tinka. This lively and effervescent sparkling wine is blended from the classic grape varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, made by the traditional French Méthode Champenoise. To be enjoyed with friends and family as has been the tradition with the Peos family for over half a century.
